Buy Pilz PNOZ s7.2 750177 Expansion Module, 24 V DC, 4 NO + 1 NC, in Vijayawada
The Pilz PNOZ s7.2 (part 750177) is a 24 V DC PNOZsigma safety-contact expansion module for compatible machine-safety control arrangements. It adds four instantaneous normally open (NO) safety contacts and one normally closed (NC) auxiliary contact through plug-in screw terminals. At 17.5 mm wide, the module helps increase available contacts in a properly engineered safety circuit. It is an expansion module, not a standalone safety controller; a suitable base unit and correctly designed feedback monitoring are required.

Why Choose Pilz PNOZ s7.2 750177 for Contact Expansion?
Four Additional Safety Contacts for a Compatible Base System
The module expands the instantaneous safety contacts available from an existing, compatible safety-control arrangement. Its four NO safety contacts are distinct from the one NC auxiliary contact intended for non-safety indication. The NC auxiliary contact must not be used as a safety output. A qualified engineer should confirm the base-unit interface, feedback-loop monitoring, contact assignments and overall required performance level using the Pilz instructions.
Space-Conscious 17.5 mm Module with Screw Terminals
The compact 17.5 mm housing width supports DIN-rail control-panel integration. Part 750177 has plug-in screw terminals, whereas the related 751177 uses spring-loaded terminals. Choose by the installed model, wiring arrangement and approved component list; do not assume these variants are freely interchangeable.
Technical Selection and Safe Integration
Pilz lists a 24 V DC supply and 2 W consumption. Its ratings are application-category dependent: the 6 A safety-contact figure is specified for AC1/DC1 resistive conditions, and the auxiliary contact has separate lower ratings. Electrical load, multiple-contact thermal loading, protection components, cabling, base-unit capability and validation must all follow the official operating manual. The module must not be used independently to implement an emergency-stop or guard function.
Order Pilz 750177 in Vijayawada — Price, Stock and Delivery
For Vijayawada plant maintenance teams, machine builders, system integrators and industrial purchase departments, verify part number 750177, 24 V DC, 4 NO + 1 NC, and screw-terminal connection before purchase. Review the exact national product page for the current price, GST, per-order selling quantity, payment options, delivery coverage and shipping charge for your Vijayawada pincode. Third-party seller prices or stock labels are not Indus MegaMart's commercial offer.
Under the Indus MegaMart project ordering policy, an order and payment may be accepted even when available inventory is insufficient or zero. Where the ordered quantity is within available stock, the policy states delivery within 7 days; where the order exceeds available stock, including zero-stock orders, the policy states 7–14 days. These are policy conditions, not a claim that checkout or inventory was tested live. Confirm the actual terms during order placement.
Installation and commissioning are for competent personnel. Isolate power, observe the manufacturer's DIN-rail and cabinet requirements, check the wiring and feedback loop, use appropriate contact protection, and complete a machine-specific safety-function assessment and test.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is Pilz 750177 a complete safety relay or an expansion module?
750177 is a PNOZsigma contact expansion module. It adds relay contacts to a suitable base system and must not be presented as a standalone safety controller capable of independently monitoring an emergency stop or guard.
2. How many NO and NC contacts does the 750177 provide?
It has four instantaneous NO safety contacts and one NC auxiliary contact. The NC auxiliary contact is for non-safety purposes and must not be used as a safety output.
3. What supply voltage is required?
The manufacturer specifies 24 V DC with 2 W power consumption. Installation and external circuit design must follow the exact Pilz operating manual.
4. Does 750177 use screw terminals or spring-loaded terminals?
750177 uses plug-in screw terminals. The related 751177 is the spring-loaded terminal variant; confirm the installed design and approved part number before switching.
5. Can it be used without a Pilz base unit?
No standalone safety function is claimed. Use it only in an approved expansion arrangement with a suitable base/control unit and correctly implemented feedback monitoring, as shown in the Pilz documentation.
6. Can all five contacts be used as safety outputs?
No. Only the four NO contacts are specified as instantaneous safety contacts. The NC auxiliary contact is not a safety contact and must not be wired as one.
7. Is the 6 A rating valid for every load?
No. Pilz specifies up to 6 A for safety contacts under AC1/DC1 resistive categories, with other limits for inductive loads and simultaneous contact loading. Select fusing, protection and loads from the detailed manual and engineered circuit design.
8. Can I order for Vijayawada when the available stock is zero?
The Indus MegaMart project policy permits orders and payments with insufficient or zero available stock, using the stated 7–14-day conditional delivery window. Confirm the live checkout, serviceability and final order terms.
9. Where can I check Pilz 750177 price, GST and delivery in Vijayawada?
