STANLEY FMMT13083-0 FATMAX 10mm Reversible Ratcheting Wrench in Nagpur - Pack of 10

What makes this 10mm FATMAX ratcheting wrench useful?

The FMMT13083-0 combines two working ends in one manual tool. The anti-slip open jaw, angled at 15°, is helpful when a bolt or nut can be reached from the side and a ring cannot be placed over it. The 12-point ratcheting box end engages a suitable 10mm hex fastener and has a low-profile reversing switch, allowing a change in turning direction without flipping the wrench over. Its 72-tooth mechanism provides a nominal 5° ratchet return arc. These are manufacturer-described features; they do not amount to a published maximum torque rating.
For instance, a technician reaching an accessible 10mm hex head beside a small motor mounting bracket may find that a conventional fixed ring spanner needs to be lifted and reset repeatedly. A 5° ratchet arc can reduce that interruption, provided there is enough room to seat the head fully and move the handle. This is an illustrative application, not a documented installation using this specific item.

Confirm the 10mm fit before selecting this SKU

Here, 10mm means the width across the parallel flats of a compatible hexagonal nut or bolt head. It is not a universal label for M10 threaded bolts; different bolt standards and head designs can have different spanner sizes. Check the actual nut/bolt head, not just the thread designation, and ensure the jaws or ring seat without excessive play. This is a metric tool, not an inch-size substitute.

Suitable work and selection guidance

A single-size 10mm ratcheting spanner can be useful to automotive technicians, maintenance engineers, machine-installation teams and workshop stores that repeatedly service accessible metric hex fasteners. Examples include suitable machine guards, access panels, brackets and light-to-moderate mechanical joints—only where the actual head measures 10mm and the tool is appropriate for the manufacturer's fastening procedure. The ten-piece pack may suit a workshop issuing the same size to several technicians or maintaining standardised maintenance kits.
Select this model when you need both an open end and a reversible ratcheting ring in one wrench. Choose a conventional fixed combination spanner when a simple non-ratcheting tool is sufficient, or consider a socket and ratchet where the available access geometry makes that arrangement more suitable. If a joint needs a specified tightening torque, use an appropriately rated and calibrated torque wrench for final tightening rather than treating the FATMAX as a torque-measuring device.

Operating limits and care

Fully seat the chosen end on a sound, properly sized fastener before applying smooth manual force. Avoid using this wrench as a hammer, pry bar or impact tool, and do not extend its handle with a pipe. A rounded fastener, severely seized joint or unidentified torque requirement may call for a different removal method and separate service guidance. Keep the ratchet clean and dry and store it where the switch and ring will not be damaged. No exact maximum torque, confirmed tool length or product weight is stated here because suitable exact-model manufacturer verification of those values was not established in this research.

Buying the 10-piece pack for Nagpur

This Indus MegaMart offer is for ten wrenches of the same 10mm model, not one 10-piece assortment with different sizes. Frequently asked questions

1. Is FMMT13083-0 an 8mm, 10mm or adjustable wrench?

It is the fixed 10mm metric STANLEY FATMAX model FMMT13083-0. It is not an adjustable wrench and does not cover multiple spanner sizes.

2. Does the ratcheting end work in tight spaces?

It has a 72-tooth mechanism with a 5° working arc, so less handle travel is required between ratchet engagement positions. Physical clearance is still needed to fit the ring over the fastener and move the handle safely.

3. Is the ratcheting head reversible?

Yes. STANLEY describes a low-profile direction-control lever, allowing the ratchet direction to be changed without turning the whole wrench over.

4. Is the open jaw also a ratchet?

No. The tool combines a conventional anti-slip open end with a ratcheting ring end. The ratchet action is at the ring end.

5. Can it be used on an M10 bolt?

Only if the actual bolt or nut head measures 10mm across flats and the manufacturer's service instructions permit this tool. An M10 thread designation does not automatically mean a 10mm wrench fits.

6. Can this tool replace a torque wrench?

No. It is a manual fastening tool without a published calibrated torque-setting function; use a suitable torque wrench when a joint needs a specified final torque.

7. Does the Indus MegaMart product offer contain one wrench or ten?

The merchant listing specifies a pack of ten, all in the 10mm FMMT13083-0 size. STANLEY's manufacturer page describes the base product as one individual wrench; these statements refer to different sales/package levels.

8. Can I order the pack if the stock display reads zero?

Under Indus MegaMart's stated policy, yes: orders and payment remain accepted. For zero stock or orders exceeding available units, the stated delivery window is 7–14 days. Verify your pincode and final order details on the product page.
