The STANLEY 70-367E is a metric double-ended open-jaw spanner for fastening 8mm and 9mm hexagonal nuts and bolts. The 106.5mm length helps buyers judge whether the tool will fit their carrying kit or access area. Before use, verify both the nut or bolt's across-flats dimension and the working clearance around the fastener.
Where an 8×9mm Double Open-End Spanner Fits
The 8mm and 9mm ends are useful for maintenance and assembly tasks involving corresponding metric hexagonal heads. Typical contexts include light machine assemblies, equipment covers, fixtures, workshop servicing and access-limited fasteners that can be approached from the side. A fixed-size jaw is a better selection than forcing a loose-fitting tool onto a fastener, which may damage its corners.
Why choose two open ends?
The two ends cover different sizes in one hand tool. An open end can engage a nut or bolt from the side when the top of the fastener is obstructed. It does not enclose the fastener like a ring or socket wrench; for stubborn, high-load or precision-torque work, choose a suitable enclosed-end or torque-controlled tool instead.
Confirm the correct fastener before ordering
Choose this model when both 8mm and 9mm wrench sizes appear in the maintenance requirement or when a replacement 70-367E is specified. The numbers indicate the wrench jaw openings, not the nominal thread diameter of a bolt. Do not substitute inch sizes or use a damaged or rounded fastener head without an appropriate removal tool.
Ordering STANLEY 70-367E for Kolhapur Workshops and Procurement Teams
For a repeat-maintenance tool inventory, verify whether the required quantity is stated in individual pieces or packs before checkout. Indus MegaMart lists this model as a pack of ten; one pack contains ten spanners of the same 8×9mm model, not ten different sizes. Confirm the current displayed GST-inclusive pack price, shipping details and delivery pincode on the exact product page.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is STANLEY 70-367E a metric or imperial spanner?
It is a metric spanner with an 8mm jaw on one end and a 9mm jaw on the other.
2. Does a pack contain ten different sizes?
No. Indus MegaMart's listed purchase unit is ten pieces of the same STANLEY 70-367E 8×9mm spanner. The manufacturer identifies the tool itself as an individual piece.
3. Can I use this spanner on an 8mm bolt thread?
Only if the bolt head or nut measures 8mm across its flats. The jaw size is not the same as the thread diameter; measure the hex head before choosing the tool.
4. Is this the right option for a stuck or heavily tightened fastener?
An open-jaw spanner is useful where side access is necessary, but it grips fewer faces than a ring or socket tool. For seized fasteners or specified tightening torque, use the correctly sized purpose-designed tool and follow equipment service instructions.
5. Can I order if the displayed available stock is zero?
Yes. Orders and payments are accepted under Indus MegaMart's ordering policy. When stock is zero or the order exceeds available stock, the stated delivery period is 7–14 days. Check your pincode for the delivery details.
6. Is there a manufacturer warranty?
STANLEY lists a one-year limited warranty for model 70-367E. Coverage is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms; review those terms for eligibility and exclusions.
