STANLEY 70-376E 25x28mm Double Open-End Spanner - Buy in Kanpur

Order STANLEY 70-376E for Kanpur — Pack, Price and Delivery

Product: STANLEY 70-376E, double open-end spanner, 25×28 mm. Selling unit: one seller pack containing ten spanners of the same model, not an assortment of different sizes. The manufacturer's product reference describes an individual tool; Indus MegaMart's pack-of-ten offer is its selling format.
The live product listing shows the current price for the entire ten-piece pack, including GST, and the applicable tax breakup. To avoid confusing one spanner with one selling pack, compare pack totals rather than comparing a single-piece competitor price with a ten-piece order. Your invoice includes the seller's GST number.
Delivery to Kanpur: Enter the destination PIN code to check serviceability. Under Indus MegaMart's ordering policy, orders can be accepted and paid for even when displayed stock is zero. Where the ordered quantity is within available stock, delivery is within 7 days; where the quantity exceeds available stock, including zero-stock orders, the stated timeline is 7–14 days, subject to a serviceable delivery address. Confirm the current order details before payment.
Purchase: Check price and order the STANLEY 70-376E pack of 10.

Verified Technical Specifications — 70-376E

What the 25×28mm Design Helps You Do

One end grips an accessible 25 mm across-flats hex head or nut; turn the tool around to use the 28 mm jaw on a matching fastener. The open-jaw shape lets a technician approach a nut from the side when a closed ring or socket cannot be lowered over it. It is useful for appropriately sized exposed fittings on mechanical equipment, mounting assemblies and maintenance work where jaw access and safe working clearance exist.
The two sizes are measured across the parallel flats of the nut or bolt head—not by bolt thread diameter and not across opposite corners. Do not assume that every fastener on a machine or flange has a 25 mm or 28 mm hex. Measure or consult the equipment specifications before buying.

Choose the Right Spanner for the Job

When an Open-End Spanner Is Appropriate

Choose the 70-376E when the fastener is accessible from the side, the hex is in good condition, the jaw fits fully across both flats, and your task calls for controlled manual turning. Its forged Cr-V build and corrosion-resistant finish are manufacturer-described features relevant to ongoing workshop use.

When a Ring Spanner, Socket or Torque Wrench Is Better

For severely tight, seized, rounded or safety-critical fasteners, a correctly sized ring spanner or socket normally gives more contact around the head than a two-contact-face open jaw. Where a specified final tightening torque matters, use the appropriate rated torque tool and the equipment maker's procedure. The 70-376E does not have a published numerical torque rating on its manufacturer product page, so a theoretical torque example should not be used as an approved limit.

Care and Handling

Fully seat the open jaw on sound parallel flats, keep the tool aligned, and apply steady force. Do not hammer the spanner, add a leverage pipe, or use it as a pry bar. Wipe it clean after use, inspect the jaw faces for damage, and store it dry. This is an ordinary mechanical hand tool, not an electrically insulated or impact-rated tool.

Buying for Workshop and Maintenance Teams in Kanpur

For a Kanpur maintenance store, the ten-identical-tool pack can be useful where several technicians need the same 25×28 mm size. Check how many packs you need rather than entering a desired piece count without considering the selling unit. The exact STANLEY model, the 25×28 mm jaw pairing and the receiving PIN code help procurement teams avoid substitutions and incorrect dispatch expectations.
If the job calls for a different jaw pair or a closed-end tool, browse the spanners range; for other models from the same manufacturer, see STANLEY tools or explore the broader hand tools catalogue.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is STANLEY 70-376E a 25 mm or a 28 mm spanner?

It is both: the two open jaws have nominal metric sizes of 25 mm and 28 mm, one at each end of the same tool.

2. Does the pack contain ten different spanner sizes?

No. The Indus MegaMart listing is for ten identical STANLEY 70-376E spanners, each with 25 mm and 28 mm jaws. It is not a mixed-size tool set.

3. How is the 70-376E price calculated?

The Indus MegaMart offer is priced by the ten-piece seller pack. Read the current displayed pack total and its GST breakup; a per-piece equivalent is the pack total divided by ten, not a separate offer for one tool.

4. Can I place an order when the stock display is zero?

Yes. Indus MegaMart's ordering policy allows orders and payments when stock is zero or below the requested quantity. In those cases, its stated delivery period is 7–14 days, subject to destination serviceability.

5. How do I check delivery to my Kanpur address?

Use the PIN-code delivery checker on the product listing and confirm serviceability and applicable order details for your destination.

6. Will the 70-376E fit an M25 or M28 bolt automatically?

No. Thread designation is not the same as the hex head's across-flats dimension. Check that the actual nut or bolt head measures 25 mm or 28 mm across its flats.

7. Is this spanner suitable for final precision torque tightening?

It is a manual open-end spanner, not a calibrated torque wrench. Where a controlled numerical tightening torque is required, use a correctly rated torque tool according to the assembly procedure.

8. What is the material and finish?

STANLEY specifies forged chrome-vanadium steel and a corrosion-resistant chrome finish for the 70-376E.

9. What warranty does STANLEY provide?

The manufacturer states a one-year limited warranty for this exact model. Warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer's terms and claim requirements.

10. Can I request a GST invoice for procurement?

Yes. Indus MegaMart's purchase invoices include the company's GST number. Verify the billing information entered with your order.
