Exact Product Specifications

A pack of ten is not a ten-size assortment: each spanner in the pack has one 18mm open end and one 19mm open end. Select a different spanner size if your equipment uses another across-flats dimension.

Why Choose the 18×19mm Double Open-End Design?

Two Working Sizes in One Tool

The two jaws provide separate 18mm and 19mm openings, reducing the need to switch tools when a task involves both sizes. The open ends can approach accessible nuts or bolt heads from the side, which is useful where a closed ring cannot pass over the fastener from above.

Practical Workshop Handling

A spanner with an appropriately fitting jaw helps the user apply manual turning force to flats rather than to the corners of a fastener. The Cr-V construction and matte surface are relevant selection details for routine maintenance-tool use. The operator should still choose the correct size and avoid side-loading or striking the tool.

Applications and Selection Guidance

STANLEY 70-372E is suitable for general equipment servicing, assembly work, maintenance benches and mechanical workshop tool inventories where the actual fastener has an 18mm or 19mm across-flats dimension. A technician may use one side to hold or turn a matching hex nut while working on a machine cover, fixture, bracket or other accessible threaded assembly.
Choose by the fastener's across-flats measurement, not by a presumed bolt thread diameter. An M18 threaded bolt is not automatically an 18mm spanner fit: head sizes depend on the fastening standard and hardware type. Confirm the nut or bolt-head measurement before placing a quantity order.

Open-Jaw Versus Ring-End Selection

An open-jaw spanner can be positioned from the side of an accessible hex head. For high-force operations or rounded or damaged fasteners, an appropriately sized closed-end tool or socket may offer more contact and control. This double open-end model has no ring end and no ratchet mechanism. It is also not a calibrated torque wrench; use a suitable torque-measuring tool where a specified tightening torque must be achieved.

Pack Quantity, Pricing and Ordering

Indus MegaMart supplies this exact model as a pack of ten identical 18×19mm spanners. Compare quotations consistently: a seller advertising a low price for one spanner and another advertising a ten-piece pack are not directly comparable until quantities, GST and delivery terms are aligned.
The product offer shows the current GST-inclusive pack price. When ordering multiple packs, check the total payable amount and the delivery details for the entered Gorakhpur pincode before payment. Business purchasers should retain the product model, quantity and destination in their purchase records; invoices generated through the store contain the company's GST number.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is STANLEY 70-372E a set of different wrench sizes?

No. It is a single double-ended spanner design with 18mm and 19mm jaws. Indus MegaMart sells ten identical pieces together in its listed pack.

2. Can I use this spanner on an M18 bolt?

Only when that specific bolt head or nut measures 18mm or 19mm across its flats. The nominal thread size and the wrench opening size are not interchangeable measurements.

3. Is the STANLEY 70-372E suitable for measured-torque tightening?

It is a conventional hand spanner, not a torque-measuring instrument. Where tightening torque is specified, use an appropriate calibrated torque tool for final verification.

4. What is the difference between this model and a combination spanner?

STANLEY 70-372E has two open jaws of different sizes. A typical combination spanner has an open end and a ring end of the same nominal size. Choose according to the fastener-access method your job requires.

5. Can I order if available stock is lower than the quantity I need?

Yes. Indus MegaMart's stated policy accepts orders and payments even if the requested quantity exceeds available stock or the displayed stock is zero. Delivery is within 7 days when stock covers the order and within 7–14 days otherwise.

6. How do I check price and delivery for Gorakhpur?

Review the current GST-inclusive ten-piece pack price shown with the product offer, enter the relevant Gorakhpur delivery pincode, and verify the order details on the exact product page before payment.
