Why Specify the Genuine Pilz 751008 Terminal Set?
Four Clearly Identified Replacement Blocks
The kit contains replacement connectors for positions X1, X2, X3 and X4. Each is specified as 8-pin, so the set is different from a single terminal plug and from mixed-pin connector kits. This matters when replacing missing, damaged or incorrectly ordered plug-in terminal blocks on a compatible installation.
Spring-Force Connection Technology
The 751008 is a spring-loaded terminal version. Pilz part 750008 describes the different 45 mm Set 1 screw-terminal kit. The correct connection method must match the installed equipment, wiring practice and manufacturer's instructions; the two codes should not be treated as interchangeable by default.
Avoid Confusing Set 1 with Other 45 mm Kits
Pilz also lists 751012 (Set 2) with a different arrangement: mixed 8-pin X3/X4 and 4-pin X1/X2 terminal blocks. Confirm that your device requires Set 1, four 8-pin blocks, before selecting the 751008. The 22.5 mm 751004 accessory is another distinct size and terminal arrangement.
Order Pilz 751008 in Amritsar — Price, Availability and Delivery
For maintenance teams, panel builders and industrial procurement teams in Amritsar, use the exact 751008 national product page to confirm the current Indus MegaMart price, taxes, merchant selling quantity, freight and Amritsar delivery pincode. A competitor's listed price or imported lead time is not Indus MegaMart's own commercial offer.
The Indus MegaMart ordering policy allows orders and payment even where available stock is zero. Where ordered quantity is within available stock, the policy specifies delivery within 7 days; where ordered quantity exceeds available stock, including zero-stock orders, the stated delivery window is 7–14 days. Confirm the actual terms displayed for your order in the live checkout.
Before installation, have a qualified person check the equipment model, connector positions, wire sizes and original wiring diagram. Isolate the electrical supply and follow Pilz and site procedures for replacement, inspection and safety-function testing. A terminal set is not a substitute for an electrical safety assessment.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is Pilz 751008 a complete safety relay?
No. 751008 is a replacement plug-in spring terminal kit. It contains connector blocks but no complete relay, controller or certified safety function.
2. What comes in one Pilz 751008 package?
Pilz specifies one complete set of four blocks: X1, X2, X3 and X4. Each is an 8-pin spring-force plug-in terminal block. This is one set, not four separate sets.
3. What does “Set 1, 45 mm” mean?
It identifies the particular 45 mm equipment-housing and terminal-arrangement class for this accessory. It does not mean each individual connector measures 45 mm, and it does not establish universal fit across all Pilz devices.
4. Is 751008 compatible with every PNOZsigma relay?
No universal compatibility is confirmed. Check the complete installed model number, the required X1–X4 terminal configuration and its official manual before purchase.
5. How does Pilz 751008 differ from 750008?
751008 is the spring-force Set 1 version. 750008 is the screw-terminal Set 1 version for the 45 mm arrangement. Select the technology required by the equipment rather than relying on housing width alone.
6. Is 751008 the same as 751012?
No. 751008 is four 8-pin spring terminal blocks. 751012, Pilz Set 2, has a different mixed 8-pin/4-pin terminal arrangement. The part numbers are not interchangeable without documented device approval.
7. Can the terminals be fitted while the equipment is live?
They should not be replaced on energised equipment. Qualified personnel should isolate power, follow controlled maintenance procedures, verify wiring and perform the applicable post-installation functional tests.
8. Can I order if available stock is zero?
Under Indus MegaMart's stated policy, orders and payments can still be accepted with zero available stock. The policy uses a 7–14-day delivery window when stock is insufficient. Check live checkout and order confirmation for your actual purchase.
9. Where can I check the price, GST and delivery to Amritsar?
Use the exact Pilz 751008 Indus MegaMart product page to confirm the current offer, set quantity, taxes, shipping and serviceability for your Amritsar pincode.
